Open House
STAC hosts many events throughout the year including the Sci-Tech Open House. We welcome Grade 8's into Chinguacousy for an opportunity to tour the school and explore the Sci-Tech program. Spend your evening toying with our robots, digital projects and learning more about what our school has to offer!

This year STAC is happy to announce that the Sci-Tech Open House will be held in person on October 13, 2022.
WolfHacks
In partnership with the City of Brampton, WolfHacks is Chinguacousy Secondary School's annual hackathon, organized and hosted by STAC. WolfHacks is a non-profit, free to attend event aiming to promote creativity, collaboration, and problem solving within the community.

STEAMWorks
The STEAMWorks Event at Chinguacousy Secondary School will introduce students to various STEAM-based projects, free of charge for the participants. This will allow them to explore concepts that connect their current curriculum to ideas that they will encounter in high school and in the real world. The students will participate in an evening of fun workshops and activities, with a chance to win some cool prizes!

Grade 12 SciTech BBQ
At the end of every school year, STAC hosts its annual Grade 12 SciTech BBQ for all of Chinguacousy's graduating SciTech students. Teachers fire up the grill as students enjoy burgers, hot dogs and more.
